1. Acceptance

By using Cliently you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Cliently provides tools to create client-facing pages for sharing files, collecting feedback, and managing approvals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Cliently
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• One person or entity per account — no account sharing

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Use Cliently to spam or harass others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to Cliently without permission

5. Billing & subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• After the trial, you must subscribe or your pages become read-only
• You can cancel anytime — no refunds for partial billing periods

6. Your content

You own all content you upload. By uploading, you grant Cliently a limited licence to store and serve it as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your files.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimer

Cliently is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use of the service.
